PULMONARY PHYSIOLOGIST AND HEAD OF THE LUNG FUNCTION LABORATORY AT MEDISCH SPECTRUM TWENTE IN ENSCHEDE, THE NETHERLANDS
Dr. de Jongh is a pulmonary physiologist and Head of the Lung Function Laboratory at Medisch Spectrum Twente in Enschede, the Netherlands. He also is an assistant professor of biophysical fluid dynamics in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Twente and a scientific researcher in the Department of Neonatology at Amsterdam UMC of the University of Amsterdam. He is a board member of the COPD & Astma Huisartsen Advies Groep (CAHAG), the national primary care lung function program in The Netherlands, as well as an international committee member of the Nederlandse Vereniging van Longfunctie Analisten, the Dutch organization of respiratory scientist and technicians. He earned his doctorate at the Delft University of Technology and Amsterdam AMC.
